About us

Elsa Queen of Chicharron, started the business of food as a hobby into a cellar and by the high demand and acceptance of Creole food, decided in 1999 to create the business we know today as The Queen of Chicharron, Elsa. Her beginnings were in the premises located at 4840 Broadway. At first only sold, the fried pork and cassava, now has a range of Dominican dishes.
